Edmund Collier, ATTORNEY
Edmund (Ned) grew up in Redding, Connecticut. He received his B.A. degree in Economics from Rutgers University in 1980. In 1983, he graduated from University of Bridgeport School of Law (now Quinnipiac University School of Law).
Attorney Collier is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Milford Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyer’s Association, and American Association for Justice. He has been deemed qualified by a superior court judge to sit as an attorney trial referee and fact finder. In addition to the State of Connecticut, he is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Kari Baum, ATTORNEY
Kari received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2009. She then attended Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2012. During law school, Kari was a member of the Honor Program. Before joining our firm, Kari was a Temporary Assistant Clerk for three years at Milford Superior Court.
Kari is a member of the Milford Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. She is originally from New Hampshire. She enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and her Beagle mix.
Katelyn Manning, ATTORNEY
Katelyn received her B.A. in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University in 2016. She began working for Attorney Collier as a paralegal after graduating and continued to work for him remotely through law school. She graduated cum laude and received her Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston in 2020. During law school, Katelyn was a member of law review. As a 2L, Katelyn wrote a Case Comment that was selected for publication in Volume 54, “Voting Right Issues Are Not a Thing of the Past: Voter Registrations Disenfranchise Thousands.” She completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Thomas Connors of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and pending admission in New York and Massachusetts. Katelyn is originally from New York. She enjoys snowboarding and spending time with her family and Chiweenie mix.

Jenn received a B.A. in Communications from Quinnipiac University. She worked for Consumer Legal Services for ten years, prior to joining our firm in 2014. Throughout her 20’s, she worked for a nonprofit organization that she describes as a very rewarding experience. In her free time, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family. Jenn grew up in Cheshire, Connecticut.
MELANIE GREELEY, PARALEGAL
Melanie received her B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven in 2020. During her time at school, she held two elected positions in Alpha Phi Omega, where she performed over 130 hours of community service and attended several regional conferences. Before joining our firm, she was a Peer Career Advisor at the University of New Haven’s Career Development Center. She is originally from Salem, Massachusetts, and enjoys traveling and spending her spare time with friends and family.
COLBY COLLIER, Paralegal
Colby grew up in Ridgefield, CT. He graduated from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH with a Major in Psychology and Minor in Law. He enjoys fine dining and good drinks. Colby spends his free time skateboarding and spending time with his Hound mix.
ASIAH CLARKE, PARALEGAL
Asiah received her A.S in Criminal Justice at Housatonic Community College in 2017. She then attended Southern Connecticut State University graduating with a B.A in Psychology in 2019. Throughout college she interned for the public defender’s office in Bridgeport. Before joining our firm, Asiah worked as a bank teller for three years at TD Bank.
Asiah is originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut but she has spent most of her life living in North Carolina. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family in her spare time.
