Melany Salvador

Melany graduated from the University of Connecticut (UConn) with a degree in Sociology. She was born in Quito, Ecuador and moved to West Haven, Connecticut as a toddler. Because her dad is active duty in the U.S. Army, she grew up in different places around the country and the world. Previously she worked as a customer service representative for insurance agencies and as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher for adults. This experience gave her a strong understanding of how insurance works, which helps her guide clients through the process and gather the information they need for their personal injury claims. As a native Spanish speaker, she is also able to support and connect with our Spanish-speaking clients so they feel comfortable, informed, and understood. In her spare time, she enjoy spending time with my family and exploring with my fiancé and our two-year-old son. What she enjoys most about her job is helping clients navigate their claims with compassion, empathy, and clear communication during what can be a very difficult time in their lives.
